Bright, aromatic, and full of character - our Jeung San Coriander Pesto Sauce is a Hong Kong twist on the Italian classic. Blending fresh coriander with toasted nuts and spices, it brings a vibrant, herbaceous lift to any dish. Whether tossed through spaghetti, noodles, stirred into rice, or spread on warm bread, this pesto is all about versatility and flavour.

200g spaghetti (or egg noodles)
3 tbsp Jeung San Coriander Pesto Sauce
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
1 handful of fresh coriander leaves
1 spring onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp toasted pine nuts (or peanuts)
½ lime, for juice
Fresh chilli slices (optional, for heat)
Method
Cook the spaghettiin salted boiling water until just tender. Drain, keeping back a little cooking water.
Warm Jeung San Coriander Pesto Sauce in a pan with 2–3 tbsp of the reserved cooking water. Stir until smooth.
Toss in the noodles until evenly coated. Add olive oil if you prefer a silkier texture.
Top with freshness: coriander leaves, spring onion, lime juice, and pine nuts.
Finish with spice: add fresh chilli if you want extra kick.
Perfect on its own, or topped with grilled chicken, prawns, or tofu for a fuller meal.
