Jeung San (醬神) – [jeung³ san⁴], “The Master of Sauce” in Cantonese - is more than a name. It’s a celebration of Hong Kong heritage, flavour, and storytelling. Inspired by traditional recipes, we craft every sauce with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and deep respect for the culinary roots that shaped us.
