1. What days do you deliver?

We deliver every Monday and Thursday. Please place your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.

2. What is the cut-off time for placing an order?

The cut-off time for placing orders is 5:00 PM on the preceding Sunday and Wednesday. Any orders placed after this time will be scheduled for next delivery in the week.

3. How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed online through our website. Simply browse our menu, select your items, and proceed to checkout.

4. What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver around UK. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us directly.

5. Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, a standard delivery fee applies to all orders. Delivery is free for orders over £50.

6. Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

While we aim to accommodate specific delivery requests, our delivery windows are between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on Mondays and Thursday. You will receive a notification on the morning of delivery with a more precise time window.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Bank Transfer. Payment is securely processed online at the time of order.

8. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled up until the cut-off time of 5:00 PM on Sunday for Monday delivery and 5:00pm on Wednesday for Thursday delivery. After this time, changes cannot be made.

9. Do your dishes contain allergens?


Yes, many of our dishes may contain the following allergens: gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts (e.g., almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia nuts), celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide/sulphites, lupin, and molluscs.

If you have any specific allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us when placing your order. While we take great care in our preparation, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are free from trace amounts of these allergens, as they are present in our kitchen.

10. Do you offer vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?

 

Yes, we offer a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. These can be found clearly marked on our menu.

11. What should I do if I have an issue with my order?

 

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team immediately via email. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

12. Can I order for a future date?

 

Yes, you can place an order in advance for delivery on a future Monday or Tuesday. Simply select your preferred delivery date at checkout.

13. How do I store the food if I’m not available during delivery?

 

If you won't be home during delivery, we recommend having someone available to receive the order. Our dishes are delivered fresh and should be refrigerated if not consumed immediately.

14. How fresh is the food when it’s delivered?


All of our dishes are cooked one day before delivery to ensure the highest quality and freshness. We do not provide frozen food; all meals are delivered chilled and ready to be reheated.

 

15. How should I store my food after delivery?


Upon receiving your order, please store the food in the refrigerator immediately. Our dishes are designed to stay fresh for up to 2-3 days when properly refrigerated. For optimal taste and safety, we recommend consuming the food within this time frame.

 

16. Can I freeze the food after receiving it?


While our dishes are delivered fresh and chilled, you can freeze them if needed. However, please note that freezing may affect the texture and flavor of certain dishes. We recommend consuming the food fresh for the best experience.

 

17. How do I reheat the food?


To reheat your food, we recommend using a microwave, pan, or air fryer.

  • Microwave: Place the food in a microwave-safe container and heat on high for 2-3 minutes, or until fully warmed.

  • Pan: For a stovetop option, you can gently reheat the food in a non-stick pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the food is thoroughly heated.

  • Air Fryer: If using an air fryer, set the temperature to 180°C (350°F) and heat the food for 5-8 minutes, or until hot.

18. What if I’m not home during the delivery?


If you are not available to receive your delivery, we recommend arranging for someone else to accept it on your behalf. Since our food is delivered chilled, it’s important to refrigerate it as soon as possible to maintain freshness and safety.

19. What is the shelf life of your food?

 

Our food is designed to be consumed within 2-3 days after delivery when stored properly in the refrigerator. We do not add preservatives, so please ensure you consume the food within this time frame for the best quality and safety.

20. Are your containers microwave and oven-safe?


Yes, our containers are microwave-safe, making it easy to reheat your meals. However, if you prefer to reheat in the oven, we recommend transferring the food to an oven-safe dish before heating.
